God is good—I received my approval today!
I applied for a SP extension and SOWP on June 19, 2024.
I received the email for correspondence letter on January 10, 2025.
On January 13, 2025, Today I just logged into my GCKey account and saw that our application was approved.No email notification was sent; I found the update by logging in.
To everyone still waiting, I know how you feel. Trust in God—yours is coming soon!

The website says 6weeks, i had my approval on the 13th of january, nothing yet in my mailbox

Just thought I’d start a thread for those who have applied for a study permit extension so far in 2024 to share their timelines.

I will go first!

2/29/24 - Study permit extension submitted.

I see the current processing time is 75 days.

Can u please guide the steps , my passport is renewd already but Wanted to apply for study permit extension as mine is expiring in September 2025 how many months it would be better ti apply and is it advisable to travel to Saudi arabia to see my parents on recent permit and come back in July or august
