Hello,
I plan to study at Grand Fjord, Home Health Aid (8 months training - DEP). My employer wants to set me to Canada for that training. I created a bank account in Canada, and I have a letter from my employer. I applied to get a study permit a few weeks ago. My application got denied. Here are the reasons:
"Je ne suis pas convaincu que vous quitterez le Canada à la fin de votre période de séjour en vertu du paragraphe 216(1) du Règlement sur l'immigration et la protection des réfugiés, compte tenu de la raison de votre visite. •

Any idea on the type of document I can provide? My employer fully supports this travel.

One of your main issues is that your planned education in Canada has nothing to do with your previous education or work experience. It's generally quite difficult to get a study permit approved when you are completely changing fields and the studies have nothing to do with your previous work experience / education. I think it will be very difficult to get an approval.

okay I see.
Can I reapply and choose another field (like the one I was doing before)? In that case, how the consul agent will see the changes in regard to the reason I gave when I applied the first time?

Yes - you can reapply and chose a different field. You will want to include a SOP to explain why you are changing your program of study.

Since you previously complete a degree, you should be pursuing a post graduate level of study in Canada. If you pursue a lower level of study, this will increase your chances of being refused again.
