I plan to study at Grand Fjord, Home Health Aid (8 months training - DEP). My employer wants to set me to Canada for that training. I created a bank account in Canada, and I have a letter from my employer. I applied to get a study permit a few weeks ago. My application got denied. Here are the reasons:

Yes - you can reapply and chose a different field. You will want to include a SOP to explain why you are changing your program of study.

Since you previously complete a degree, you should be pursuing a post graduate level of study in Canada. If you pursue a lower level of study, this will increase your chances of being refused again.
