Study permit delay

I file my sds visa on May 16th and get medical updated on 29th May but still I didn't get any updates. My university mailed me to submit introduction form from ircc .I raised 4 webforms but I didn't get any response. What can I do.
Is there any other options to contact ircc

Webforms and MP inquires are the best shots you have at contacting IRCC. Its strange the University is asking port of entry letter this soon for September intake. If you don't mind, which is this University you are speaking of?

Your Member of Parliament is your government representative in the electoral district you live in. Not sure a MP can help you if you are not even in Canada.

MP won’t help with international student applications from abroad. It is not uncommon for even SDS applications to take months to process

You wait. Processing is when most not all are processed by. Most SDS are not processed within stated times. If you have sent 4 webforms then don’t send anymore as it bogs down your file.

Sending multiple webforms doesn’t expedite it. It can slow it down because now officer has to go through your webforms rather than processing your file.
