Hello!
I have a UK caution from 2018 on my record, but I would like to apply for a Study Permit for Canada. I have no charges, arrests, or convictions, just this caution. I am particularly concerned about the requirements saying ‘no criminal record’. Does this mean that anyone with anything on their record is automatically ineligible? Or would I be able to get the permit if I am admissible, even though I have this on my record? Thank you very much for your help!
