Thanks for visiting this thread. Though I would never go through a JR, I am glad that you won your case. That being said, I would imagine that the IRCC are not happy that you took them to court and that you won in the case. I would suspect that they would do everything to frustrate you. Ordinarily, after such a ruling they should just send you a passport request, but no, they are requesting further documentation.
I would suggest you send updated forms of all those documents to them asap so that your visa can be approved and you move on.
