Mine is Nov 23rd. I think that they may be listed according to school start date.

Just applied two days ago lol. But I got the permit two times before and one of them was issued in Feb. I'm hoping that may make things easier.

As I know, they won't issue AIP anymore (if you applied after September 15 and not applying for the Fall term?) am I wrong?

My university was listed yesterday. I received stage 1 on 31 August but still no news
