guys i have update ..my one friend applied on 15 feb he got rejected his visa .he told me the date stamped on refusal letter was 23rd of march..but fedex delivered him his documents back on 5th april..i think CHC started working..pray for us..

They wrap up cases from that city in bundles then they courier their docs together. Where is your friend from?

nope they donot bundle by city..

they process in order the files are received.. they are not concerned about whoese semester begins when.. processing in done in order files are received.

. Wow. Without meds, they have stated this reason. I was under the impression that a visa officer would review case only in-depth when Medicals were received and file was complete. They do refuse cases after Medicals.
