Hello,

My name is Adil Khan. I am from Khyber Pakhutnkhwa, Pakistan. I have been admitted in University of Alberta, Canada (for a post graduate program in Electrical Engineering) which is a highly ranked institute and probably a very talented student would get admission in it. I procured 7 band score in IELTS (8.0 Lis, 7.5 Wri, 6.5 Rea, 6.5 Spea) and my academic history is also pretty much good.

Now, it was kind of my dream to have a degree from a highly ranked international institute and obviously it would help me in my future endeavours.

I provided a genuine and fine bank statement for my stay in Canada (CAD $50,000+).
I had already submitted my one year fee payment for the respective program in UoAlberta which is CAD $9498 to be exact.
I had provided every supporting document with my study permit application (i.e an upfront medical report, clearance certificates, taverl insurances, booked accommodation, IELTS report, academic documents, every supporting document you may think of).

But still, they refused my application twice.

Reasons: For the first application
1). Purpose of Visit.

For the second application
1). Purpose of Visit.
2). Employment prospects in the country of residence
3). Current employment situation in the country.
4). Provenance of Funds.

Now, after submitting a fee payment of one year and providing genuine bank statement (of CAD $50,000+), what else should I provide to prove that my application is complete and that I really want to pursue my career and have a degree from such a highly ranked International University?

Really sorry bro, You should apply again, Your profile looks genuine.
Let me help you. First and foremost, apply for CAIPS, It will give you detailed feedback on why the Visa Officer rejected your profile.
There are 2 things CAIPS and GCMS
For CAIPS, try https://www.caips.ca/
After getting CAIPS, write a reasonable Letter of Explanation, addressing all the issues the VO, thought your profile has.
Write a Strong SOP again, mentioning that you will return to your country to work as an electrical engineer in some Very well know company, in your country.

Now listen carefully, You need to write SOP and Letter of Explanation in such a way, that VO is convinced about your purpose of visit, provide references of your professors, who are vouching that you are a genuine student and is going to study advanced engineering.

As for Provenance of Funds, I think 50,000$ are enough but you can add 5,000$ to 10,000$ more to it before applying again.

Recently. Just a week ago. My first application was refused on 20th of Septemeber, 2017 and the second one on 27th of November, 2017. And my SoP was so much explained. I mentioned everything. My short term plan and long term plan. Why I chose UoAlberta and Why Canada. Pretty much everything. I clearly mentioned that after getting a degree I could easily get a comfortable job over here in Pakistan and that along with my job I will also pursue some research experience. I mean I literally put my whole life plan, the history and the future, on the SoP that I wrote.

Dear Adil you need to understand that if you are under the impression that you put everything inSOP then there’s no room for improvement.
It may sound harsh but we need to understand that we are not trying to understand how the visa officer viewed our application.
CIAPS will tell you exact reasons why the VO wasn’t convinced with your case/ SOP.
And then you need to improve in that area. Best of luck dear.
Btw mentioning “pashtu” as mother tongue may also be a reason for refusal though it’s not an explicit one. (This was shared by a very experienced consultant about Australia some time ago

Do not change the languages you speak which you already mentioned in previous applications. However, once CAIPS is received do consult experienced ppl
