is there any difficulty to get offer letter if there is 9 year education gap in 10 and 12 class

i passed my 10 in 2004 and now appearing for 12 in 2013. can i get admit in any of Canadian collage.

Hi Everyone,
thanks for the efforts and you guys taking the time to help. my husband and I have a PR, we landed in Calgary, then went out after a few months. We intend to go bk, but since there is no work in calgary. We are thinking of going to Quebec to study, since we knew that Quebec is one of the cheapest provinces in Canada for studying. We are aiming at diploma, certificate, or a graduate degree. However we know nothing about the practicalties.
How long does it take to be a Quebcois?
What does it take To be a Quebcois?
After being a Quebcois is it easy to get a scholarship or a loan för studying?
Also any idea about the average monthly expenses for a couple?

Would really appreciate ur help guys.
