    Dear Sasha, I have been told by some friends who live in Montreal that in order to apply for fund, scholarship, or loan you better be a Quebcois because Quebec offers the best aid for its residents. Other students from different parts of Canada they pay much more.

    Leon thanks a mil, for the info. I actually have one more Q, so they calculate based on days? Which means I don't have to be physically present in canada for a certain amount of time every year of the five years? I can just cover the required days collectively? Thanks Amira
