If your course doesn't need in-person classes, then it's all online.

Really hope you get it soon, seeing a lot of backlogs getting cleared from Ottawa lately.

The value of Canadian education may go down if the majority prefers to complete the entire course outside Canada and I think only Fall 2020 students are entitled for online learning because they went through a lot. Why does one need online learning when everything is normal i.e no lock downs, reduced processing times, no travel restrictions etc.

Though they have extended the date this update may not benefit much as it's implemented too late, just a marketing strategy to fill in empty colleges. And the rule is still unclear regarding the 50% policy for CRS/PGWP. Just my opinion, sorry but you are welcome to expect an extension but It's just that I don't see it coming so as to abide for the greater good. It may happen though.
