What are chances of getting canada student visa second time..?? Recently i refused for the first time and that is beacause of My low percentage in my BBA which is 53%... so should i re-apply for second time??

Percentage is on lower side and they also consider why it was refused first time because your percentage will not change it is high chance of refusal 2nd time.
But you can always try ...good luck

Ok.. So what if i can give justification on my low percentage?? Does this have chance???

Beacause as per SPP the last degree percentage should be more then 50% and am qualified for that..
