student visa with ielts 6 bands

Hi i got 6 banda in ielts S.6.5,R 5.5, W 5.5 and L 6.I done B.com 54% from Pakistan.Acca partly qualified only one paper left.is there any chances of getting admission in any college.if so then plz post college name .And can some one guide about the whole process in pakistan for Canada study visa
