Bad idea daffodails3! Do not re-apply so soon.

1.You are not showing enough savings. 17,00,000 Pak Rupees is not enough. You average course including living expenses for 1 year come to in excess of 25,000 C$ i.e. 21,50,000 Pak. Do not be fooled by the equation bank statement= tuition + $10,000
2.The money you showed was in joint names i.e. you and your mother, meaning you do not have exclusive access to funds. Modifying the statement now will go against you (a no brainer scenario)
3.You handed in an affidavit (presumably from you mother), affidavits are a waste of time and money as they are self serving documents and un-enforceable in a third country. The immigration officer just ignores them.
4.You can study international business in Pakistan at a fraction of the cost without the need to travel abroad. Just Google : study+internation+business+in+pakistan+course
5.Although you did not mention where you brother (sponsor) lives, I guess he lives in the area where the college you applied for is located. You should give priority to the quality of institution you will be attending not to its proximity to your brother's accommodation.
6.No need to hand in an ielts, its not part of the student permit process.

I do not agree with Obeid_oo advice even though he is a senior member. “Stage-managing” your documents after the refusal letter simply confirms the lack of “bona fide intent”.

My advice would be complete you BSc, get a job where you learn and apply business skills, build up savings and strong evidentiary ties to Pakistan and than re-apply in a few years time.

Sorry about the negatives but I shoot from the hip.

,,i got caips notes, main reasons, 5.5 ielts, why jump sience to business, not explained what will do in business, family did not show money propperly, most reasons, are just suspects, nothing soild, officer can ask me to provide evedences in differant way,and get more explanations ,before make final decision, i think, just thought i am too young, millde to bsc. and jumping,,, so he refused? i have canceled to re apply it is waste of money 4 a while,

Sorry amigo but I shoot from the hip and then watch your fall 8)
What is the point you hold when you say IELTS is not a part of student permit process?

The list of documents you need to hand in for your standard outside Canada student permit application come under the following headings:

1. Proof of acceptance
2. Proof of identity
3. Proof of financial support

No mention and no need to include your ielts result or certificate. Only those applicants who have a "paper weak" application include their ielts results. The proof of accpetance letter means you have met the college/university requirements.

3. Proof of financial support !!!!

My own bank statement (25 lacks) + my one year experience lettter (31k rupees per month) + my father and mine property documents(Liquid) are enough to satisfy this criteria? Can these things satisfy at least minimum criteria?

Hey Mac and other senior members.. I need your point of views!

Everyone knows by now that I shoot from the hip and take no prisoners.

First of all your property documents are not liquid. Liquid in the asset sense means cash or something that is readily convertible into cash like gold.

Secondly you need to tread very carefully regarding your experience letter plus 31K rupees per month, in case the VO asks to see these transactions in your account. Can you prove that you received 31k per month via a bank statement? Suppose they contact your employer and fails to confirm your story! Than you are dead in the water. The VO does not ask for an experience letter why give them ammunition to shoot you down? What would be good if you can get a letter from your employer saying you have a job waiting when you finish you studies or even better still if you employer help part finance your studies!!

Thirdly depending on your course, you may get away with 25,00,000 rupees (i am assuming Pak Rupees). Its best to show the maximum you can. Even better if you hold it in a hard currency like US dollars.

Look if I have gold liquid then how can I show this thing to VO? Buying receipts or some bank locker status?
I can prove 31K rupees transaction into my bank account every month and VO can confirm my job status from my employer. Is it still worthy to show my experience letter to VO?
I can only get job ready letter after studies from my employer and I am not sure about that! But my employer 'll never gonna provide me any letter for financing my studies. Are these letters extremely important?

My tuition fee for whole master program is $12500 + $15000 for 1.5 year living expense. I am maintaining my own bank statement with $27000. Is this good to go?

So now tell me am I missing something like some people says proof of source or funds or country home ties or sponsor(father) affidavit along with his bank statement etc.... ??
