Oh I now see you have it covered when you say one application at a time but may be husband and dependent are already PR holders?

I think there is a buffer period like 6 months or may be one person can be supported as a close connection at a time. If the sponsor's family has already got PR, there could be a case for another applicant.

I think you need to create new EE profile and update SINP. They will transfer your nomination to the new profile.
