On paper if you can show 27,000 US dollars in your statement going back at least "4 months" continuously than "you are good to go" as long as you can prove you acquired the funds legally if the VO questions the source of funds. Also remember you need to include the cost of the return flight.
Do not follow Obeid_oo advice regarding a loan, it will complicate your financial picture.
The question that will go through the VO's head will be this applicant has the minimum financial requirements but has applied for a loan. Is she planning not to go back to her home country and not repay the loan?

No matter how much money one has it will not hurt if usama takes loan, especially education loan, in her case it will work nicely because it will also make her sufficient as well as ties.There's nothing wrong with the amount in her bank since it's maintained.For supporting documents property documents of parents and house will establish final ties

Alright guys thank you very much for your guidance. Now things are pretty clear in my mind. I 'll try to use my bank statement which has $30,000. It will cover my 1.5 year tuition fee + living + return ticket. For country home ties I 'll show my property + one year experience letter + job leave + job ready in my home country after studies. Hopefully these thing will make my case acceptable for VO.
My course starts on September 2011. If I 'll for VISA at June 24th, 2011. Am I able to get VISA before my session will start?

My question here to the seniors is my 1 year course fee's is 6000 $ + 1 year living expense is 10000$, so how much ideal amount should i show in my statement and till how long should i maintain it.
I can show up to 22000$ for utmost 2 months in my account, also my salary in PKR 27000 is it advisable for me to show my salary statement besides my dollar statement.
By the way i am also planning to use the reason in case VO asks regarding dollar statement that i had gold which i purchased for investment purpose and i converted it in to dollars. (is it a valid reason? pls advise)

Maintain these money in your bank for four months. Just attach experience letter of your job. If you can attach your job leave for the duration of studies that will make your case more strong!
If your study program is more than one year then I think you have show some one's(your father) salary certificate or business proof who is gonna sponsor your finances for next year.
Its good to show your property or liquid(gold, fixed asset etc)!

i will apply after i m done B sc in pk, maybe my brother move Sask. he will sponsor us as SNIP, I & my brother with mom, already sponsored by fedral family class, but taking too long, we find shortcut, i failed to get 1st shortcut, my brother is taking 2nd one now, let us see results in 1 to 2 years, God helps us for good future.
