No updates on portal since then

The tracker says Eligibility and Background Verification completed
I have document numbers for both visa and student permit.
Last update on tracker: 23rd May

Try and raise a webform , because some people i know they didn't get a response to webform but when they ordered gcms notes, all of the webforms were mentioned there , so it is always better to raise a webform as it gets noticed even if you get a automated reply or no reply

hey did you get response of your webform?? If yes then please let me know how long they took to repond you as i am facing the same issue.

Atleast you got it after 55 days. Here, its been 98 days and still no response. Stuck on eligibility and background check saying under process. Raised 4 webforms uptil now and got a response on 2 of them that it's still under process and you shall get a decision soon. Applied on 28th March and last they have seen my application was on 29th April after which no update (according to the application status tracker)

15th april,2024 , application submitted.
19th April Biometrics done and updates on the same day.
Eligibility review started on 8th may, but again on 10th may, the status turned back to "we will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility". Anyone had the same problem?

No update after that. Anyone on the same boat or timeline that matches with mine?

I applied for bachelors with a PAL in sds category.

Did you know about non-sds category? Is there enough pte Academic 58 for non-sds study permit?

I am going for Masters. (So not required PAL), but I am not in SDS category.
Agree. I am asking what is the mimimum days it will take to get the result. (If all documents and biometric done)

my study permit got refused.

resubmit 14 May
request additional doc 29 May
upload additional doc 30 May
got 2 ghost update(last one on 11June)
from 30 May eligibility started and still nothing!

As my study will begin on September, I get anxious ...
do you have any advice? should I raise a webform?
