student visa financial status

Hello everyone,
I am about to apply for spp student visa for September 2015 intake in Humber college. All documents are ready for student visa application. I have got acceptance letter, medical test is done, 1st sem college tuition fees are paid,also got my GIC letter. All my academic results are fine.
But my main concern is about financial funds of my parents. My mother is a housewife and my father works in a private company as a driver and earns 1,00,000/- ruppes per annual with no IT returns. But my uncle, aunty and my cousin resides in canada on PR basis. And My uncle is sponsoring me in this case.
In this contact, will my student visa application be affected due to the less annual income and occupation of my patents?
Or my uncle who is sponsoring me to study further would be acceptable by Canada High Commission?
Please reply me fast coz I will applying for student visa in couple of weeks. thanks.

No problem ..u only have to deposit 10000 in gic Nothing else needs to show

thankx for quick reply , but my friend told me that IT returns of my parents is necessary while applying visa. but you said it really doesn't need. are you saying this with your own experience?

you just need your uncle to send a notarized letter where hi commits to sposnsor you during your stay in canada... also you need to show he has enough money for doing that.... bank statements, properties, etc, etc
