Student visa & EE at the same time

Hi everyone,

I am writing to ask for my brother who got accepted at Canadian university and he has an EE profile as he is in the pool for Federal Skilled Worker with 461 points.

I want to check if he can apply for student visa while he has EE profile and what would be the letter of explanation to confirm his intentions to come back to home country after study especially that he has EE profile.

Most of the threads have a mention of this issue and it won't effect in any ways. Though I do not have personal experience on this.you can search the same
