Hi everyone,
I have an ineligible express entry profile which will expire in July 2022 due to expired ielts general score. I also had another profile in 2019.
My intentions are to apply for a student visa. Will the active ineligible express entry profile reduce my chances of getting study permit ?
Also, should I mention about these 2 profiles in study permit application form ?

No, i don’t think it will as dual intent is acceptable now officially.
