1. If you are applying for an OWP for spouse, you don't have to apply for TRV separately, OWP application covers TRV request as well.
2. You won't see any option for spouse on IMM1294 since you are the only applicant. The word 'dependent' doesn't exist, accompanying member must file their own application (TRV/Study/Work).
