Thank sir for diligently answering my questions. I have another issue. Since this course is not offered during spring/summer and only offered in September and January. There will be gap on my study, will this affect my eligibility to have a PGWP?
You should be fine, but include clarification letter from college that the course were not offered in spring/summer. VO do not function like robots, they have flexibility as long as within the rule. If the course is only offered in fall, that is out of control….

Would be the email from the coordinator would be fine as an evidence that the course is only offered during Fall and Winter Term?

Yes, your spouse is eligible and the permit will be extend same time as yours, when approved

In OP’s case, there was a failed course. So the program was not yet completed. Hence, the study permit extention.

Hi!
Just want to update regarding my situation. My extension has been approved as well as my spouse even though I’ll be a part time student in Fall term (final academic). Thank you so much for your help.
