Stuck On Security Check

Given the lengthy duration, I assumed I was in a comprehensive check and both CBSA and CSIS would be investigating. Mine too, no records with CSIS, but been under security screening since Feb 2023

did you receive any ADR's since security commenced? Also, what do your CBSA notes say?

Oh no!! I am still stuck under SC. No, I have not and I would rather wait instead of applying Madamus. I haven't seen anyone having positive answer after Mandamus. People are just saying each other to go for Mandamus but no one is applying it for real. I have seen couple cases where Mandamus got refused and IRCC is saying it's key compnent of PR applicatioj and we cannot speed up the process and cannot give final answer on your application until it's completed. IRCC straight refusing Mandamus on the first stage. They have a reason for it. This is such a wastage of $4k . Are you under canadian expreince class or PNP?

I am under BC PNP. My file is stuck under security check since 1 year and 5 months . I am thinking about Mandamus now.

So you are counting the time period from the date you have submitted the application or did you find any security start date from your notes?

I have been in security check since Nov 23. It has been over a year !! I'm wondering is there a timeline for that at all ??? are you cleared or still in security check ? This is frustrating.
