Acording to him NDVO always make two Ques one for clear case and another for verifications, doubthful and another reason case.
for Ist que vo send the medicals, visa and for another re verification etc time consuming process. It means we are in second type que.

CIC surely has preference queue.
Many applicants applied in 2009-2010 reached Canada by 2011 June but many others are still waiting.
Guess who are prefered more by CIC !!

We both done ielt together. I know him very well and 99% he has no AOE.

Agree, VO chose clear case i.e govt emp. where is very less chance for cheating. And others are in waiting list of verification and after that re verification.
