Still waiting to receive Passport from NY

Hi, all

Pls share if you receive passport from NY with visa.

My Status was changed to Decision Made on 31/05/2011 but still no sign of passport.

Received PPR on May 17,2011 and was delivered to NY on May 18,2011

I provide return fedex envelop.

Congrats, you can generate FEDEX tracking alert if you have fedex account, when your envelop picked-up you will get email, provide email that you get on your cell. if you dont like this suggession then wait untill you manualy check the fedex tracking information or wait for PP deliver to your home address. you will sure get stamp PP soon now in few days.

Thanks for information, but i do not know how to request E-mail notification without item pick-up.

I know that once Fedex track ststem shows that delivery in route i am able to request E-mail notification.

I received a letter asking for my passport to issue the permanent resident visa the same day and in that letter says:

"Passport(s) are returned by mail within 30 business days. This period does not include
mailing time."

Does this means that they commit themselves to take a maximum of 30 business days to process the passport after they receive it?

I wonder if that is true, given the huge amount of time people have waited to get their passports back from what i have read so far.

You can add in Manage --> "Go to MyFedex", Add you tracking number there, call customer support that you want all alert on this tracking number. they will set it.

Today, I received my PPR via email, after doing the MED and waiting for almost 7 months.

I initially sent my application to Sydney on Oct. 15, 2009.
Sent the complete application to Buffalo on Dec. 23, 2009.
Did medical on Nov. 1, 2010.
Received the PPR today.
I currently reside in Toronto as a student.
Going to send the passports to Buffalo via Xpress Post.
