Hi
Iam applying for PCC from Indian Consulate in Atlanta. For the purpose, I would require to send notarised copy of VISA stamp affixed on my passport and also the I-94. But my VISA date has expired but I have my valid I-797, so can I send the valid I-797? Also could someone kindly tell me where and how can I notarise these I-797 and I-94 documents?
Thank you

Hello All,

I am an F1 student in USA with an expired visa but valid F1 status. Do you think it would be a problem when I apply for PCC through a consulate and is there a way to get PCC from India while living outside India or physical presence is mandatory to get PCC from India ?

Not an issue - you can use form I-20 as proof of status.

When you receive PCC - it will cover till specific date. You will need a new one if you moved back after that date. Afaik, short trips are not an issue.
