Click below link and search for Chandigarh VAC then book an appointment to submit your Passport, if you wish to submit in person. Or else you have option to choose two way courier. If still not sure, then please call VAC center helpline they will assist.

take ppr letter and original passport to your nearest VFS office and they will dispatch it to embassy. they charge approx 3500 INR.
