I have a 10-year multiple-entry visitor visa, and I entered Canada on 28th Jan 2024. However, the CBSA officer did not stamp my passport; therefore, as per IRCC rules, I can stay up to six months in Canada from the date of entry, which means my stay permit is up to 27th July 2024. I went to the USA through the land border last week and returned to Candna yesterday, 25th June 2024. This time also, the CBSA officer did not stamp my passport. In that case, can I stay until Dec 24, 2024, or will my stay permit remain the same as the previous one, which is 27th July 2024? I would appreciate any knowledgeable or experienced person giving me feedback.
