I was never aware about this until my medical exam where doctor had doubt on my x-ray.
After that, I completed extra tuberculosis tests to confirm everything was negative

Yes I have completed both and reports are negative.
Then my study permit was approved
After that I completed medical surveillance in Canada

Now I got ITA for PR.
What should I answer in do you have any serious disease because I never had tuberculosis?

Technically you got the surveillance so you should say yes and attach all the letters along.
