If everyone's lines are disappeared, I assume.. something went wrong on their database, and they used the backup data which is not up to dated.

If it is the case, hopefully.. they fix it manually.... and nothing affects on our application processing... T.T

Means that you're in the same situation as most of us...I lost mycic access as well yesterday. ECAS has been messed up for a while now. They seem to be sorting it out slowly as some people are getting back into ECAS now but with missing updates. Don't know what could have caused such a huge screw up...but a lot of us have been waiting patiently for DMs and PPR and this is NOT helping the causing at all ???

last night i was able to login but i did not log out properly.so i was worried if it was blocked for that
 
ECAS works for me now. But instead of 4, I see 2 items: application received and application start of processing.
They removed 3 and 4 which were medicals received and PCC request.
 
mycic and ecas still not working for me.
I will wait and see if they fix it until tomorrow evening otherwise I will submit CSE for technical issue.

That looks like scheduled downtime....in the next few hours. Hopefully this will fix some of the issues that we're having.
 
I think ECAS is still down , not working for anyone.
