In my case my access has been lost today. Not sure what has happened - "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"

Got the same message today. I believe it is a technical error.

On a second thought, today is Tuesday, when ECAS updates happen. Are we expecting any updates today?

I know ECAS access loss happened a few weeks backs. Can anyone share the implication of that on their application? E.G when ECAS access returned, did it return with DM, PPR, RPRF, etc?

Hi Tocanadawego - I was searching for previous instances of folks loosing access to ecas and I found you have faced this problem previously. Correct me if I am wrong here. Were you able to access ecas previously after loosing it once? Apologies if I have mistaken you for someone else.

Oh yes, that's right. I lost my access couple weeks back for a day. It was back the next day without any changes.

I am sure I used the correct user & Pass. but it returns with an error.
