Yup, all depends.

I got my passport request first and then 5 days later the status changed to "Decision Made".

CIC told me today on the phone it can take up to 1 month.
I am hoping that my COPR arrives next week for convenience as next weekend is a long weekend,ideal for a trip down to Montana.
