Hi thereDear Nima987,
I have been following this forum for over four years, diligently reading almost all posts and comments. During this time, I've observed that your case file appears to be the oldest without a decision, spanning approximately 48 months if my calculations are correct. Our group has now become the second-oldest active case after a group that submitted their application in April 2021 recently received approval.
Given this context, I'm curious about the reasons behind the significant delay in processing your file, which seems to far exceed the standard processing times. Could you shed some light on any specific factors contributing to this extended wait?
In our case, we are aware of a particular reason for the delay. One member of our team had previously been granted Permanent Residency (PR) in Canada many years ago but subsequently revoked it, resulting in a deportation order. We believe this circumstance has contributed to the prolonged processing of our application.
I would greatly appreciate any insights you could provide regarding your situation, as it may help others in similar circumstances better understand the complexities of the immigration process.
I actually have no idea about it, as it’s going to exceed 48 months by end of January 2025, I gonna ask my representative to submit a Note to have a deeper insight into my file.
I think processing of our team started by one year delay, I received AOR in March 2023, but processing started in April 2024,
Afterwards it has processed similar to other cases.
As I know there is no major issue like the one you mentioned in our team, all medical passed and no security issues in background checks should be on horizon, so we have no way to be patient and wait
Hope everyone gets good news soon
