Nobody knows exactly how they processing files. We submitted our files in September 2021 and did biometrics in August 2023 and medical in late October and we received PAL in February 2024 and after that, we are waiting since.

- Brand Identity - Logo, color code Font ......
- Attending Events related to our Business and sending proof of that.
- Opening Bank Account for company in Canada.
- Evidence of developing the business idea.
- Showing efforts of understanding the Canadian market and its potential customers.

We asked for it since 20 Nov 2024. No answer till today . IS this normal?

tentatively take 30 days for the result as per my previous orders .... However, your case can be a bit delayed due to the long holidays, i guess .... so it is normal. Hope you will get it soon.

This is not necessary but support your a bit, the main applicant ( CEO) got a work permit and visited Canada, during his visit the DO advise him to open a bank account and he did and we sent the account details as one of businesse progress.
