Nopz.... There is no need to tell them about my refusals from this this this countries.
You are applying to their particular country so be as simple as you can. As he has been there already for 3 time, there wont by any issue.
Just make the things as simple as you can. All the best.

Thanks usman for ur reply. But in visitor visa form they ask hv u refused visa fr ny other country including UK. He has been refused student visa by UK in 2000 but after that he got student visa in 2008, nd visitor visa nd work visa fr UK. He will mention abt his UK refusal of course he has to coz UK has records nd no prob in that coz he declared in previous applications also it will not effect. Question is if he doesn't declare about Canada visitor visa rejection will it b problem. Do embassies share info or it is confidential. Thanks in advance

Must mention about the "UK" refusals and approvals but I don't think he needs to mention about Canada refusal. This is my opinion.
Someone who has experienced might guide you well.

You may be right but I heard from any experts that routine visa refusals are not shared among embassies but criminal and other security threatening info may be shared.

Hi,

1. They 'scan' passport. (just like Indian immigration scan passport at airport when you exit/enter in India).
2. Your consultant want money, he will make it even if you get refused for NZ. Better if you use your own logic in decision-making.
Agreed, I had a debate earlier on this issue. My colleague was travelling with me to UK whose US visa was denied but with no stamp. Upon scan at security check, I don't know how but the security guy knew it and asked " so you were denied US visa once"... anyway yes black refusal stamps are now history, welcome to electronic world. That's why some countries now don't even accept non-electronic readable visa (without the bar-codes).

Not trying to demotivate or motivate, hiding information leads to misrepresentation and it isn't a good idea. My friend's cousin brother got refused for Austria SP but made it for Canada SP. He mentioned about his refusal and got a interview call.

Best of luck.
