Hi everyone... I just want to ask for some help... I am confused if i needed to submit ITR OR SSS to proved my 7yrs work experience here in saudi arabia? I am still working here up to now... Is my payslips are enough and OEC to sent together with my application or i need to get a tax exemption certificate from BIR?tnx a lot!

If you have ITRs.......which you have to file yourself in your home country........they are fine.....Roent said:
Moreover, All Immigration depts.....know that......salary what you get paid in middle east is tax free........so people who work there only submit proof of their salary such as bank statements and pay slips....salary certificates........Ijnaamal(Work contract) in which your passport no, nationality..job position and salary is written.....
