If you applied before Feb 19, you do not need to maintain your H1-B status after the submission of your application. If you applied after Feb 19, you must maintain H1-B status until nomination (If this is your case, you may want to contact a immigration lawyer).Scorpion said:I have not recieved mine and going out of H1B status as well (waited too long).
