My husband passed his application last Mar 20,2017. He received his medical request last April 11. He had a history of PTB when he was still a kid and it left a scar on his lungs. That scar was seen on his xray. He had to undergo pulmo eval, and sputum exam and sputum culture. He got a negative result for his sputum exam, but we have to wait for 2mos for his sputum culture result. He was asked to go to the SLMC clinic for the result.
Question: Did anyone of you experienced this recently? Way back 2009, they usually call the patient if there is a problem with the result. I'm not sure if there have been some changes recently. Thank you.
