I want to know can we include Property evaluation with our documents under spp category to proove strong home ties??

Will there be any disadvantage or will it create a negative impact??

read CIC website carefully, if you can't follow the strict instructions, den u might not serious about your visa..
SPP is made to reduce the paper work, and you guys wanna add additional papers in this, is this a joke?
i means yar, be serious, if you are applying through agent and he told u to add these papers in spp file, den he is fool and u r insane.
Do not include additional document, it could be a reason for you rejection..
