Me and my wife are in canada . I am on a study permit and my wife is on a visitors visa . How can my wife apply for open work permit and which forms do we have to fill and where to send the application? please let me know folks very important

1. A work permit with same employer
2.A work permit with new employer
3.Restoration as a temporary residance status as a worker
4.initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit
