spouse vistior visa rejected

Hi , my wife vistior visa got rejected and no reason was sent through mail or email. it is paper based app. when linked online . it just shows eligiblity not met (on the first line) .. not sure what is the exact reason .we called and emailed IRCC and banglore visa office still no response. its been 10 days now ,,, please help we want to know the actual reason as i am applying the Spouse pr ..

What documents did you attach? Raise a CSE....but not sure if you would get a response. Eligibility is based on basic requirement criteria for spouse...like NOC job in 0, A, B. Valid marriage certificate, etc

Looks like you are a PR. She would not be a visitor if she wants to come to Canada so you can sponsor her inland. I am sure you have seen that getting a visitor refusal for a spouse is not uncommon. I would start her outland sponsorship.
