I got my wife in Visitor VISA. I applied for PR inland application on Feb 19, 2015. With the new rule of SCLPC open work permit program I submitted an open work permit application too with my PR application. Her 6 months tenure ending by May 30, 2015.

Does I need to apply for Visitor VISA extension.

Or since I applied for PR and open work permit she is in implied status?

I'm 99.9% sure (someone will correct me if I'm wrong) that applying for an open work permit, extending her visit, puts her into implied status.

if you applied pr with owp, that means you are implied status till you have your owp, so you don't have to extend your visitor visa(if you have one now)

but think if she did not apply pr or owp, she is in canada with visitor visa, then she should extend her visitor visa.

Now She got her Open work permit. Does I need to change visitor visa to work permit..

Or I need to apply for visitor VISA extension

if she has owp, no need to extend visitor visa.
