Pls do give your feedback for Spouse visa.

I am PR from canada. i am currently in india for my marriage. I will be staying in india for 3 months after my marriage. I am planning to apply for PR under Family Sponsorship. So,

1. Can I, Sponsor, being in india apply for PR visa?

Sponsors-PR residents have to stay in Canada during the whole process to sponsor their spouses. Only citizens are allowed to sponsor physically residing outside Canada if they can prove their intent to return back to Canada when their spouse gets approved.
