hi thanks for the heads up...i actually email my representative last night and she told me that kya natatagalan din yung case ko bec. i have a child out of wedlock na hindi ko pa isasama dun and was asking me t fill out a form for that...the form was actually to the father of my child na hindi nmn nka indicate sa birth certificate nya yung name ng father...if i dnt make kulit to them bout the status of my application hindi nya pa ko sasagutin sa emails ko...yung point ng email nya is about my child when i actually asked when did they pass my papers and she didn't answer it..

yan ang hirap sa mga consultant/representatives. They will not submit an incomplete set dahil makakasira sa kanila. Whereas, kung ikaw mismo ang nagsubmit e nakikipagcommunicate na sana ang cpc/cic sayo kung ano man ang kulang at tumatakbo ang proceso.

what's the difference between vegre and missi? do you have a choice?

pagkakaintindi ko lng e yun sa missi e dating PR na ang sponsors at sponsorship lng inaapprove, whereas sa vegre e nde pa PR both sponsor and sponsored/spouse/depn.

the description inland and outland confuses me. Sa canada nman lahat ang filing diba? And sa labas naman lahat ng processing ng sponsored. Can you please enlighten us on this? thanks

Yes sa Canada lahat ang filing but it also depends if the application is filed in-land (in canada) or outland. Most applicant preferred OUTLAND due to the following advantages - Appeal rights if the application is refuse and much faster compared to IN-LAND which is slower and no appeal rights.

However, the downside of the OUTLAND is if the spouse is staying with the sponsor in Canada as visitor, he/or she needs to return to the his/her country origin where they filed the application if incase the visa office ask for an interview. In land application goes to Vegreville for the 1st stage of approval... then Vegreville will transfer the application to the local CIC office nearest to the applicant. Outland application is generally the most advisable due to the advantages already mentioned above. The processing time is much faster also compared to inland. Outland application goes to Mississauga for the first stage of approval then transferred to the local visa office where the applicant filed it.

Kung wrong grammar lang naman.. i dont think it will matter IMO.. Besides, if the sponsorship is not yet approve... sending additional document still without immigration file# or client# is risky.. It might get lost in CIC... I suggest you wait until the file is transferred to CEM and you already have the client# or immigration file#. It would be easier for the VO to include any additional documents since they can locate your file via client#or file#.

that grammar really made sense to the letter.. he forgot to say not.. he submitted it just today but he used the receipt number... hope they received it....the letter was a proof that our relationship is geneune and continuing..too bad we just found it new..
gudluck to me

If you indicated the receipt number. I think they will receive it and match the receipt number with your application file.
Lets hope for the best.. ;) :)

iipitin b ng representative yung papers ko if evr?kc nga kinukulit ko sila bec they waste time sa pag submit ng papers ko now nmn nid ko daw manghingi ng consent sa father ng anak ko e hindi nmn nka declare sa birth certificate ng anak ko yung tatay nya...

medyo mahirap yata. aamin ba yun tatay? At kahit umamin...panu nya iprove n sya ang tatay. Unless ipacorrect/amend nya ang birth registration...which will involve court proceedings. di ito gaya ng ibang correction of record na may pagbabasehan.

i think you should contact a lawyer. Kung nde pa nakafile ang pr application, better hold it until you are sure what to do. you cannot declare one thing now, then change for another later.

family name mo naman pala eh. i don't think there is problem. ano pa ang karapatan/katibayan ng ama na maghabol? Yung adopted nga entitled na masponsor, e yan pa kaya?
