Hi there,
About po sa passport nio, ok lang gamitin mo ang passport mo kahit ang last name mo eh ung hindi pa sa asawa ko kasi ganyan ang case ko, hindi ko na binago ang passport ko.

what refund? if that for the excess payment, no need to ask.
they will automatically send you the excess amount on a certain time....
they might ask you where to send the amount.

Since pareho tau ng case like hindi mo na pinaupdate ung passport mo to use your spouse's last name, I would like to know kng ung single maiden name mo pa din ung ginamit mo as your last name with the following forms:

Application for permanent residence IMM 0008 --sabi dito, as shown on your passport so ung single maiden name ko pa din gagamitin ko ryt?
Schedule 1 background declaration IMM 0008 --

Additional Family information-- regading this one, details of family members, do i need to include my parents and siblings? or ung spouse ko lang?

Hi micah!..swerte nga ni darkbeauty eh kasi atleast tapos na anxiety nya..hindi ko pa mahihintay ang DM sis kasi nga wala pa yung dna test result nmin.sana mag ma submit nmin un eh DM na agad..si Lord na bahala sa application namin..basta pray lng tau lagi lahat!...sau sis malapit na yan cgurado kasi hindi na nman sila humingi ng additional requirements sayo dba?...basta positive lng tau lagi..si aginaya nag level up na!.. ;D

Sine pareho tau ng case na ndi mo na pinaupdate ung passport mo using your husband's last name, don po sa mga forms na finill up mo like Application for permanent residence IMM 0008 , Schedule 1 background declaration IMM 0008 and Additional Family information, ung single maiden name mo ba ang nilagay mo sa Family name?

And sa family members info, do i have to include my parents and siblings info?

sa pagkuha ng nbi, police clearance and cenomar, single maiden name mo din ba ginamit mo or ok lang if i used my husband's last name na?
