I am a PR, and did soft landing in 2018. Now traveling to Canada in April.
We filed TRV for my wife showing that she is traveling with me for 2 weeks to help me find accommodation, and celebrate her birthday (which was during that 2 week period), but it was rejected and the below mentioned reasons were given:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
She has been working for approx 2 years, and we submitted the below mentioned docs:
1. Her last 1 year tax return, 3 salary slips, 6 month bank statements, letter from bank proving funds (16000 CAD in total). Her salary is in the range of 650-700 CAD per month (I guess this might be an issue).
2. Our marriage certificate.
3. No Objection letter from her employer, stating that she needs to come back after 2 weeks.
4. Invitation letter signed by me (I wrote my PR card number in the letter)
5. Return ticket, hotel booking, travel insurance.
I have ordered gcms notes, and we are planning to file for her trv again.
Please help guys. What extra should we do to increase her chances.
