hi, i am a Canadian Citizen i have been in social assistance till August 2017 and working part time and started working full time later. i have a total income of 18k last year. i am trying to understand that, can i still be able to sponsor my wife in Canada? or what will be the possible bar if there are?

Yes - you can sponsor since you are no longer taking social assistance.

Thanks a lot! i am still so worried about the welfare i have taken in the past 7 month ago may bar my application because they asked for the proof of income (option C) where they can see the 12 months income including from the social assistance too.

All you can do is keep working so they can see that you are committed to working. You can also explain how your wife plans on getting a job once she arrives.

Thanks. for second part, should i explain the plan in the application or during the process? answer please

No but if they ask you for more information on how you will support yourselves you can go into your plans.

thanks a lot!Really appreciate it!That means they won't return my application for this issue right? they will processed and asked later if required?

They will always give you the chance to explain and give a plan if they have concerns before doing anything.
