Respected Experts,
My wife applied for spouse visa in march'10..Canadian embassy sent my file to ND in march.thn processing started on 1st april..After 15 days i got PP request.I sent it on 19th.ND received it on 21st.till thn i didnt get any letter about requirement of additional documents...But yesterday i got one envelope from ND..i thought tht it would be my visa..But when i opened it...it was all my Photographs tht i hve sent along with my application...im so worried..Now wht happens next....Whn will get back my visa..Experts plz Help me Out......

and when your process was started in New delhi
i think they are just send your passport for stamp for sure

the same thing happened to me. On may 10th my husband got the supporting documents (wedding pictures, letters, cards, phone bills) but NOT the PP. I am also very confused. I do not know if this is a normal process.

What does it say on your ecas...does it say "in process" or "decision made"

This is not unheard of. Many visa offices return your supporting docs when they no longer need them. Visa processing may take a bit longer. No worries, relax and congrats on your PPR!

Finally i got my Visa on the same day when i got back wedding pictures....hope tht ur visa is on the way back to u..........Best of Luck...

OMG congrats...I am truly happy for you. Finally the wait is over.

But I thought you said you did not get the visa with the photos. So when did you get the visa...the next day or on the same day as you received the photo's?

Also what does it say on ecas for you. Because for my husband it still says "in process". Has the status changed on your ecas to "decision made"

If you can answer these questions for me it would be really helpful. This is really stressful. Thanks again for your time and the best of luck with everything

Earlier you said you did not get passport back with photos and now you are saying you got the passport same day when you got photos back???? I am confused...

I submitted the application to Miss. on Feb. 01st 2010.
Husband got pp request from ND on March 19th 2010 BUT he actually submitted it one month later

Now waiting for PP

How about you Calgary flames?

Photos and such are mailed post visa and passport courier so it is possible for both to come same day be patient if they asked for your passport it is to apply the visa and new dehi is a very busy office be patient.
