spouse sponsorship

I have canadian PR. I have applied for my wife's sponsorship. My wife is in UAE since 5 yrs(working). On the application form, we wrote Abu dhabi as the visa processing office as we felt since she resides in Abu dhabi, thats what we are suppose to write. I have submitted the application with all fees paid, and all docs completed, including medicals and PCC.
My query is -
1. processing time for abu dhabi is 7-18 months, while New delhi is 2-6 months. Can i change the visa processing office after submitting hte application? (I have not recd any intimation from CHC Mississauga)
2. How much time does it actually take for the spouse sponsorship from abu dhabi?
3. is there any way that i can call my wife to canada earlier?

Please advise and we both are desperate to be with each other.
All help is appreciated!!

No, you can't change the visa office, you made your decision and now you have to live with it.

Also you must go through the process of a visitors visa app to get your wife here before the PR is done and it is highly unlikely she would get ti if it was that easy all our spouses would be with us till it was processed but they are not for the same reason.and if she is required for an interview she will have to fly back to the visa office for that interview.
